InteriorDesign II    Hideaway Golf Club & Vintage Club

Working with Architects, Developers and investors for two Hideaway Golf Club spec residences resulted in sales during construction for one and after the big reveal Open House for another.   Both residences in the Spanish Colonial Revival style were designed with scaled moldings, Venetian Plaster wall finishes, antiqued beamed ceilings and stone flooring. Old World carved furnishings and an earthly color scheme provided warm inviting interiors with all the comforts for immediate occupancy.

A masculine, stately yet comfortable desert villa retreat was the design directive for a 3000 square foot 'Villa' at
the Vintage Club.  Stone pattern flooring, old-world wood cabinet & trim finishes and utilizing showroom pieces and custom upholstery for the Living Room, a warm traditional environment was updated with Golf Collectibles and art work. Design work included transforming the entry hall closet into a mini Wine Cellar highlighting the client's collection.

NOTE:  ALL Drawings have been hand-drawn and colored by Reginald Van Pelt.

"Whether they have an over-flowing file folder of 'ideas', or not a clue as to
what they want, the key to any successful design project is drawing out the
client's most wanted desires.  No matter if it is Home for a life-time,
part-time or investment and no matter the design style, the ultimate goal is
to create an environment that statisfies their every need and brings them joy
 along the way."
